Jump Lab 1
Jump Lab 1 is an advanced skill development class for dancers who already have a strong technical foundation in basic jumps and leap mechanics. This class focuses on building height, power, flexibility, and control while developing more advanced jump skills.
Dancers will work on firebirds, straddle jetés, chain jetés, Russians, and tilt jumps through targeted drills, conditioning, and progressions. Emphasis will be placed on proper takeoff and landing technique, body placement, extension, and overall performance quality to help dancers execute these skills with strength and confidence.
Jump Lab 2
Jump Lab 2 is designed for dancers ready to take their jump training to the next level. This class focuses on more advanced and dynamic jump skills, requiring strong technique, flexibility, and power.
Dancers will work on switch arabesques, advanced jump variations, and 540s while continuing to refine height, control, extension, and clean landings. Through focused progressions, conditioning, and across-the-floor combinations, dancers will develop the strength and confidence needed to perform these challenging skills with precision and consistency.
Date: Wednesday June 10th, 17th, 24th, July 1st, August 19th, 26th
Time: 6:30pm- 7:15pm
Choose One of:
JUMP LAB 1 - focus on double pirouettes, intro to leg pull turns, and pump turn preparation.
JUMP LAB 2 - focus on pump turn combinations & sail turns, leg pull turns, and various pirouette combinations.
In order to see the most progress in your training we recommend all 6 classes be taken.
All 6 Classes: $150 + HST (Early Bird Rate of $125 until April 30th)
Per Class Drop in Rate: $30 + HST
Summer is the perfect time to refresh and push your technique to a whole new level.
Turn Lab is an advanced skill development class for dancers who already have a strong technical foundation in basic turns. This class is designed to push dancers beyond single pirouettes and foundational turning technique, focusing on developing consistency, control, and more advanced turning skills.
Dancers will work on multiple pirouettes, pump turns, second turns, turning sequences, and creative turn variations while refining balance, spotting, alignment, and core strength. Through targeted drills, progressions, and across-the-floor combinations, dancers will build the power, confidence, and versatility needed to execute challenging turns with precision and performance quality.
Class placement is dependent on skill level.
Date: Wednesday June 10th, 17th, 24th, July 1st, August 19th, 26th
Time: 5:45pm-6:30pm
Choose One of:
TURN LAB 1- focus on double pirouettes, intro to leg pull turns, and pump turn preparation.
