Conditioning Lab builds the strength, flexibility, endurance, and control needed to support strong technique. Turn Lab develops consistency, multiple pirouettes, pump turns, and advanced turning combinations. Jump Lab focuses on height, power, extension, and advanced jump skills, while Acro Lab helps dancers build flexibility, balance, strength, and dynamic acro tricks.
