Our Summer Tumbling Clinics are designed to help dancers build strong, safe, and consistent tumbling skills from the ground up. Each clinic focuses on proper technique, foundational strength, and progressive skill development to ensure tricks are executed correctly and with confidence.
Rather than rushing skills, these classes prioritize drills, progressions, and targeted conditioning to support the body through each stage of learning. Dancers will develop the strength, control, and body awareness needed to safely achieve and maintain their tumbling skills while reducing the risk of injury.
Back Handspring Clinic (7:30–8:30 PM)
Develop the strength, power, and technique required for a strong and safe back handspring. Emphasis will be placed on proper takeoff, arm placement, core engagement, and landing mechanics.
Date: Thursday June 11th, 18th, 25th, July 2nd, August 20th, & September 3rd.
Time: 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
In order to see the most progress in your training we recommend all 6 classes be taken.
All 6 Classes: $150 + HST (Early Bird Rate of $125 until May 30th)
